Admission Guidelines

Everything you need to know about admission requirements, school rules, and age eligibility.

School Admission

Documents to be Submitted

  • ✓   3 passport-size photographs of the student, father, and mother.
  • ✓   Birth Certificate copy of the student.
  • ✓   Original School Transfer Certificate of the student (applicable for Grade I onwards).
  • ✓   Copy of the Report Card of the previous class.
  • ✓   Medical Form.
  • ✓   Aadhaar Card copy of the student.
  • ✓   Bank Account Details of either parent.
  • ✓   Copy of Residence Proof of either parent (Rent Agreement, Voter ID, Electricity Bill).
  • ✓   Copy of photo identity of parents.
  • ✓   Local Guardian Authorization Form (if applicable).
  • ✓   3 passport-size photographs of the guardian (if applicable).
  • ✓   Copy of photo identity of the guardian (if applicable).
Admission Formalities

Completion of admission formalities will include payment of the fee within the stipulated time period as given by the school authorities. Successive admission numbers will be allotted to students upon admission, and each student should retain this number throughout their presence in the school.

School Rules

  1. Students must follow the daily routine of the school unless exempted on medical grounds on the recommendation of the Medical Officer.
  2. Students are not allowed to stay in classrooms during games or activity periods.
  3. Students are not allowed to keep or take medicines or tonics without the knowledge of the Class Teacher or Medical Officer.
  4. Mobile phones are not allowed on the school campus.
  5. Walkmans, CD players, iPods, and tape recorders should not be brought to school.
  6. Students should not carry cash or valuable articles to school.
  7. All notices will be displayed on the Notice Board. Announcements, if any, will be made during assembly.
  8. Remedial classes will be provided for students who require additional academic support.
  9. Any willful damage to or theft of school property or another person's property will be regarded as a breach of school rules, and the student may be fined by the school authorities.
  10. Students can avail themselves of the school canteen facility.

I 5.5 Years – 6.5 Years
II 6.5 Years – 7.5 Years
III 7.5 Years – 8.5 Years
IV 8.5 Years – 9.5 Years
V 9.5 Years – 10.5 Years
VI 10.5 Years – 11.5 Years
VII 11.5 Years – 12.5 Years
VIII 12.5 Years – 13.5 Years
Age as on 1st June: The above age criteria will be considered as on 1st June of the academic year.
